  Not a member yet, but have been going for 6-7mo's and find it to be great church, with wonderful teaching from the Pastor. Music, and choir are fantastic. People friendly. Casual dress, come as you are. People from all walks of life, just how a church should be.

  I don't normally do things like this, but I thought it needed to be addressed. My daughter is a college freshman at UAFS, and she was invited to the "Reach" program by one of her friends. I thought this would be a wonderful experience for her, so I let her go. She had gone a couple times, and finally told me that she didn't want to go back. I asked and asked for an answer why and finally she told me. It was the teenage girls in leadership. There was a certain girl there who my daughter told me is on an athletic team at UAFS, Cross Country I believe. My daughter said on multiple occasions she heard this young lady talking bad about other girls. Constantly gossiping, and bad mouthing others in the Reach group, as well as out of it. My daughter said she also followed this young lady on Instagram and on multiple occasions the girl posted on her "story" pictures just in bras and things. Provocative outfits. The young lady also has a profile picture on her social media of her in what is basically even less than a half shirt. This is a young lady they have put in leadership? The young lady also has talked on accounts in front of my daughter about her boyfriend staying the night at her apartment. This is not okay. That is absolutely not someone I would want leading my daughter, and I am sure many other parents would agree. I was very disappointed in her experience at what was supposed to be a place she would learn to live Christ-like. She will not be going back :(
